USA and Russia imported orientation electrical steel anti-dumping duties ends

On April 10, 2010, the ministry of commerce issued announcement no. 21 year, decision since April 11, 2010, on the imported orientation is originated in the United States and Russia electrical steel anti-dumping duties, on us imports of orientation electrical steel countervailing duties, these measures implementation period for 5 years.

On October 10th, 2014 the ministry of commerce issued announcement no. 67 year, announced that the above measures will expire on April 10, 2015. Since the date of the announcement, a domestic industry or on behalf of the domestic industry of natural persons, legal persons or organizations available in the anti-dumping, countervailing measures 60 days before maturity, in written form to the ministry of commerce to apply for the final review.

Within the time limit specified in the announcement, the domestic industry or on behalf of domestic industry of natural person, legal person or relevant organization fails to apply for the final review, the ministry of commerce also decide not to initiate the final review. As such, since April 11, 2015, on the imported orientation is originated in the United States and Russia to the anti-dumping measures applicable to the electrical steel and on us imports of orientation to the countervailing measures applicable to the electrical steel end implementation.
